Barrier-free accessibility
This declaration of accessibility covers the websites of hvv Hamburger Verkehrsverbund GmbH published under hvv-deutschlandticket.de. The declaration was issued on 28.04.2023.
As a public body in the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, we make every effort to make our website accessible in compliance with the provisions of the Hamburg Law on Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz), in the following referred to as HmbBGG, as well as the Hamburg Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV), (Barrierefreien Informationstechnik-Verordnung), in the following referred to as HmbBITVO.
Status of compliance with requirements
The requirements for barrier-free accessibility are set out in §1 HmbBITVO in conjunction with §§ 3 Pars. 1-4 and §4 of the Federal German BITV, which was enacted on the basis of §11 HmbBGG.
The website was published on 03.04.2023 and checked for compliance with barrier-free accessibility by means of the browser plug-in "Wave”. This is included in the list of checking tools under W3.org.
Barrier-free accessibility of products and services
The website was checked for compliance with the requirements of Standard WCAG 2.1, Category AA.
The result of this check is that the website is partly barrier-free accessible.
Non-accessible areas
There is a barrier in the category Technology/ Layout/ Usability: The text on the tabs in the main menu as well as some links to the details of the partners have a contrast ratio less than 4.5:1
Due to the need to ensure consistency in the appearance of the website and the very minor deviation from the target value, we consider the restriction involved here to be minimal and thus the deviation acceptable.
